Wade Osborne, APA

Wade Osborne

It sounds odd to say, but it's true...The Retirement Planning Industry is all I've ever known.

Beginning with childhood, my family was involved in the Industry with a family-owned business. As a child, my allowance came from working there. I continued to work there throughout college. Immediately after college I went right into the business.

I spent several years learning everything I could about the Retirement Planning Industry. Then our family-business was sold to a large Insurance Company where I spent a decade running their Retirement Planning division. This was an important period for me; it expanded my view of business and the Industry.

Eventually I made the decision to try owning my own Retirement Planning Company. I purchased the division I was running and went out on my own for a little over a decade.

A few years ago it became clear that it was time to enter a Partnership and The Osborne Organization was merged into Osborne & Associates.

This Partnership feels wonderful and it's interesting to see how everything has come around full-circle. Now I'm watching our kids return from college and enter this once-again, family-business...just as I did almost 30 years ago.

So while it is both true and odd that the Retirement Planning Industry is all I've ever known during my lifetime, it is also true that I say those words with pride and a tremendous amount of gratitude.
